Heading north for the Baltic Sea Circle

Where friendship creates impact.

We're back — and we're driving for a good cause again. 7,500 km around the Baltic Sea, in a car worth less than CHF 1,111, with no motorways, no hotels, no GPS. This time we're raising money for Kinderhilfe Sternschnuppe — helping heartfelt wishes for children in Switzerland come true.

The people behind Team85

The crew

The crew behind judogoesorient.ch is back. After two Allgäu-Orient rallies (2016 and 2021) we're taking on the next humanitarian rally — this time heading north, all the way around the Baltic Sea. Same idea, same spirit, new route.

Open seat

We're still looking for a sixth crew member. Handy with a wrench, good behind the wheel and up for 7,500 km of adventure? Get in touch.

What we stand for

T.E.A.M.

Tatkraft — Drive

We get things done. Prep, wrenching on the car, logistics — action over talk.

Einsatz — Commitment

Full focus on the goal — on the road and for the cause.

Abenteuergeist — Spirit of adventure

Detours are the destination. We pick the route others avoid.

Menschlichkeit — Humanity

In the car, on the roadside, at the donation goal: respectful, helpful, fair.

Baltic Sea Circle

The rally

The Baltic Sea Circle is a 16-day adventure rally around the Baltic Sea. From start to finish: no motorways, no GPS, no itinerary — but the Arctic Circle, the midnight sun and nine countries.

It's organised by the Superlative Adventure Club. Each team raises money along the way for charitable projects — and that's exactly our goal too.

The route

Once around the Baltic Sea

7,500 kilometres anticlockwise: from Hamburg up through Scandinavia to the North Cape, across the Arctic Circle into Finland and back down through the Baltics. And since we drive without GPS: the map is a plan — the road decides.
