Jam from our Oasis

Yummy, delicious jam for a good cause. Now in the Team Shop!

Our plum tree has certainly found the best spot in the Oasis! When we gathered at the Oasis a few days ago for another meeting, we were quite amazed! The branches, heavily laden with thousands of green-yellow and red plums, were drooping all the way to the ground. Not even two minutes passed before the idea was born.

Together with many helpers from our circle of friends and acquaintances we harvested the plums. Two full days in total. Armed with ladders and buckets we picked fruit after fruit. With the Hebebühne Biderbost cherry picker we even reached the finest and most delicious plums right at the very top.

We processed four barrels into schnapps and will offer some of it in our Team Shop once it’s produced. Around 130 kilograms we turned into jam. All organic and hand-picked, of course :) The Oasis plum jam is already available in our Team Shop.
