Only 87 days until the start!!! Time is pressing and we remain hard at work!
Selma — our 2nd rally car — got her roof box and sponsor stickers this weekend. Alexa (3rd rally car) has just received her paint job from apprentices at Carrosserie Hallauer AG in Tägerig and will be unveiled in the coming days. All our cargo trailers are ready and good to go! The two horse trailers hold 112 transport boxes each, and the 3rd trailer holds 75.
Our crowdfunding campaign for the soup kitchen in Romania is also running for another 27 days. Check out this link — Crowdfunding Soup Kitchen — boost our project and tell your friends about it. Help us make the crowdfunding a success. THANK YOU.
Our stockrooms of donated goods are already very well stocked. We’ve received lots of toys, stuffed animals, clothing and more from you. We’d be happy to collect more school backpacks, pencil cases and Bobby Cars. Just call 079 586 72 01 if you have something to donate.
The Spoon Project is entering its next round too — we’re collecting your metal spoons, signed or beautifully painted by you. We’re planning a Saturday campaign called “ONLY FULL SPOONS FILL BELLIES” — we’ll provide spoons, you sign one and pay CHF 1.- per signed spoon. For every CHF 1.- we’ll buy 1 kg of rice and bring it to a refugee camp in Jordan on our rally. As soon as the date for the “ONLY FULL SPOONS FILL BELLIES” campaign is confirmed, we’ll let you know.
